On the 6th July 2011, Giovenco Industries achieved a major milestone, completing 1,000 days of Treated Injury Free Operations at the Caltex Kurnell refinery NSW.
We owe this achievement to:
- All our employees who have embraced the Caltex Culture of Incident and Injury Free (IIF) Operations.
- Involvement of Senior Management on a day to day basis coupled with the company's CEO and the Managing Director, Paul Giovenco heading the contractors forum on IIF at Caltex.
- A "Gio Safe" Culture, by which employees “look after their mates“ and report all incidents and potential improvements.
- Regular and intensive training for all our employees.
