Giovenco understands the importance of a proven management system and its related business systems in the success of any contract.
Giovenco’s Quality Management System has been developed and implemented in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001: 2008.
The quality management system includes and is driven through the application of our in-house developed and proven Contract Administration System (CAS).
CAS communicates, interacts and transfers information to client contract management systems. CAS can be utilised to assist in the delivery of customer service disciplines whilst providing an avenue of challenge and continuous improvement in relation to cost, time and analytical opportunities to review true costs.
CAS delivers Fit for Purpose, data across these areas:

To reduce waste in all forms at all levels within the organisation.
