Project finished on schedule even with 2 days of inclement weather. Perfect safety record – no reportable incidents. Coordinated first every lift for Vopak of a EWP over a bund wall.
First ever lift of a EWP over a bund wall eliminating the need for scaffolding. Resulted in reduced access costs and decreased scheduled time to carry out the works.
Carrying out the work using a slurry blaster exceeded Vopak’s painting specification of HPWW and spot repair which will provide the client with increased longevity of coating life.
Trained our own personal to be Vopak accredited firewatchers in order to reduce dependencies on Vopak resources and pass on cast savings to the client as quill machine and EWP standbys could double as firewatchers.
