GIOVENCO INDUSTRIES WINS THE CONTRACT FOR INTEGRATED MAINTENANCE REPAIRS FOR THE CALTEX , KURNELL WHARF
In February 2010 , Caltex Refineries( NSW) Pty Ltd has awarded the Contract for the Integrated Maintenance Repairs for the Kurnell Wharf to Giovenco Industries ( Aust) Pty Ltd . The contract includes the supply of skilled management , labour , equipment and materials for carrying out the entire repairs on the Kurnell Wharf . Giovenco Industries had proposed a custom built floating platform made out of “ Instant Deck “ technology which can easily be shifted to other bents once the work is completed . After succesfull trial of these platforms , this contract was awarded . The work includes provision of access , scaffolding , rigging , , cleaning , paintingand mechanical works including welding , cutting .
